Alicia Moy became President and Chief Executive Officer of HAWAI'I GAS in May 2013.

Executive Vice President, Operations & Administration
Mike Futrell is responsible for maximizing the Company's operating performance to achieve its financial goals, delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a safe work environment, and developing the workforce. Mike leads our statewide operations, sales, marketing, human resources, compliance, legal and regulatory affairs, and manages more than two-thirds of the workforce. Mike has extensive strategic and operational leadership experience in government at the local, state and federal levels, as well as demonstrated military leadership and private sector business experience. He is a member of the American Gas Association Leadership Council and the Hawai'i Clean Energy Initiative Road Map Task Force. Mike is admitted to practice law in Hawai'i and Louisiana.

Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives & Supply
Thomas K.L.M. Young is responsible for leading the Company's renewable and alternative energy initiatives, gas supply and commodity risk management. Gas supply and delivery reliability are Tom's priorities and he successfully achieves these outcomes through the strategic oversight of the planning, production, operation and maintenance of the Company's synthetic natural gas refining plant on O'ahu. He also directs the planning, procurement and delivery of the Company's propane supply statewide.

Senior Vice President, Public Affairs & Communications
Joseph J. Boivin, Jr. is responsible for regulatory affairs, legislative and government affairs, corporate communications and new market development. Joe has been with the Company since August 2009, joining as Vice President Operations with broad responsibilities overseeing gas energy operations throughout the entire state of Hawai'i. Prior to joining HAWAI'I GAS, he was a Senior Associate in the Honolulu office of Booz Allen Hamilton, a global strategy and technology consulting firm.

Vice President, Human Resources
Kenneth T. Yamamoto is responsible for developing, implementing and managing policies, procedures and programs covering labor relations and negotiations, benefits and pensions, employment and staffing, salary administration, payroll, employee relations and employee assistance programs. Throughout his career at the Company, Ken has been our labor liaison working to effectively address the increasingly complex area of labor relations, federal and state employment guidelines and regulations, employee rights and equal opportunity.

Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
Nathan "Nate" Nelson is responsible for legal and regulatory affairs. Nate provides legal counsel in the areas of contracts, litigation, regulatory interface with the Public Utilities Commission, insurance and real property. He is also responsible for providing corporate compliance as the Company's secretary as well as managing the Company's corporate records. Nate is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in real property and corporate law. He is an honors graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai'i, holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska and is a member of the Hawai'i State Bar Association.

Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Jill Tokunaga is responsible for overseeing the company's utility and non-utility sales strategy and initiatives statewide, and for the Company's marketing and branding. Before joining the Company in October 2008, Jill was Branch Sales Manager for the global telecom giant Sprint Nextel. As Sprint Hawaii's sales manager, she was recognized for her ability to grow the telecom company's general, corporate, and government wireless and wireline business. She was the recipient of the Sprint Nextel President's Club sales award for eight years.

Vice President, Finance
Robert E. Sterzenbach is responsible for overseeing the Company's finance, accounting and information services departments, working closely with the Senior Executive Group in driving management information initiatives and internal and external reporting of operations. Prior to joining the Company in June 2010, he was the managing director of a commercial development company in Australia. Rob began his career as a CPA for Moss-Adams LLP, a regional accounting firm based in Washington State.
