Through our online customer portal, you can view your bills, make payments, and manage your gas service anytime, anywhere. To set up your account, use the new account number included in your welcome email, new customer packet, or on your Hawai'i Gas bill.

Isle Gas is a wholly owned subsidiary of AMF Hawaiʻi Investment Holdings, LLC (AMF), managed by Argo Infrastructure Partners (Argo). Isle Gas’ customers will be serviced through an agreement with Hawaiʻi Gas, also a wholly owned subsidiary of AMF. Hawaiʻi Gas will provide safe and reliable service for Isle Gas customers across the islands.

No. Customer prices will not be directly impacted by this transaction. Isle Gas’ standard policy is to evaluate pricing on a periodic basis and align customer charges with any material change in fuel costs or other market conditions (e.g. tariffs). For customers under contract, Isle Gas will honor the contract that is in place. For National account customers whose contract is terminated, Hawaiʻi Gas will renegotiate those contracts with those customers. Those customers will be contacted individually.

Yes, you will need to enroll in Hawaiʻi Gas’s online customer portal, MyAccount. To log in or register, visit www.hawaiigas.com/myaccount or our new customer portal.

Yes. For customers who pay their bills using their bank’s online bill payment service, you will need to update your information with Hawaiʻi Gas’ name and address as well as your new account number, once you receive your first bill from Hawaiʻi Gas.

Yes, you will need to enroll in Hawaiʻi Gas’s online customer portal, MyAccount and enable the AutoPay feature. To login or register, visit www.hawaiigas.com/myaccount or our new customer portal.

For customers with multiple service addresses, please set up your customer account in MyAccount with the account number provided on your welcome email, welcome letter, or gas bill. You will be presented with the option to link multiple addresses to your user profile.
